Terms of Service
The terms on which Avenbridge Technology Limited provides Avenbridge to business customers.
1. Who we are
Avenbridge is operated by Avenbridge Technology Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("Avenbridge", "we", "us"). Contact: contact@avenbridgetech.com.
2. The service
Avenbridge is a business-to-business software service. A supplier (the "Customer") sets up its account by email and confirms which of its documents and answers are approved. B2B buyers can then ask those approved documents and answers from their own ChatGPT or Claude through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Questions the supplier has not answered are passed to the supplier's team.
The service is offered to businesses only, not to consumers. By using it you confirm that you act on behalf of a business and are authorised to accept these terms for it.
3. Accounts
You sign up with a work email address and must keep your account details accurate. You are responsible for the people you invite to your account and for activity under it. Tell us promptly at contact@avenbridgetech.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the documents, answers and other material you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display that material to the audiences you choose, solely to provide the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it and that the answers you approve are accurate.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Avenbridge to: break any law or sanctions rule; publish material that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringes the rights of others; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other customers' data; interfere with or overload the service; or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Fees and billing
Hosted use is charged by usage at the prices on our Pricing page (currently US$10 per 1 million tokens, with the first 10 million tokens at US$8 per million for new customers). There is no monthly or per-seat fee. We bill monthly in arrears for the previous calendar month's usage, in US dollars. A default monthly cap of US$300 applies; you can set a lower cap at any time, and usage stops being charged once the cap is reached. Private deployments are priced by written quote.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Prices exclude any taxes that apply; you are responsible for those. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing prices, and changes do not apply to usage already incurred.
7. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time, from your account or by emailing contact@avenbridgetech.com. After cancellation no further charges arise, except for usage already incurred up to the cancellation date, which is billed on the next monthly invoice. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. We may suspend or end the service for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination you can ask us to export or delete your content within 30 days.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Avenbridge available and secure but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Answers shown in third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) are produced by those tools, which are outside our control. We may improve or change features; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from or in connection with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12. Contact
