How Avenbridge handles this website, a business’s files and the requests customers make in their own AI.
This website
The only thing this website stores is your choice of display and language, kept in your own browser. Emails you send to contact@avenbridgetech.com are used to reply to you.
A business’s files
A business’s files and records are stored on Avenbridge’s server in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), used only to answer that business’s customers and deleted on request. Avenbridge never uses them to train models. During the pilot, answers are written by an AI model through DeepSeek’s API: for each answer, the customer’s question and the relevant excerpts of approved material are sent to it. A privately deployed model is planned for production and is part of the Enterprise plan. Email is sent and received through Resend.
Requests from customers
When a customer asks through Avenbridge, we log the business, the question, the answer given and its source. The business sees the records of its own customers; each business sees only its own.
The customer’s own AI
The conversation itself takes place in the customer’s assistant, today Claude, under that provider’s terms. Avenbridge receives the request and returns the approved answer.
Who decides
The business decides what each customer may see. The customer decides which businesses sit in their AI and can remove any of them at any time.
